Scheduler only has 52 weeks in 2020 instead of 53 for Danish culture

The scheduler should have 53 weeks in 2020 when set to use DA/Danish culture and the

showWeekNumber property is set to true. However only 52 weeks are displayed. This means that 2021 starts off one week to early and the rest of the weeks in 2021 are off by one week. 

It appears that the scheduler is not using the minDays property, even though cldr-data/supplemental/weekData.json is loaded with loadCldr.
