Split tasks in Blazor

This feature is very useful, due to the proper planning of the tasks that have been started (WIP - work in progress task). A new baseline must automatically divide such a task into completed and uncompleted parts. The new baseline plan must take account only the uncompleted part of the task. 

This also happens when a task is interrupted, for any reason, or when a task is pending. During the interruption, any work cannot be added to the task. Extremely useful.
