Need to provide thumbnail compression support for File Manager component

Requirement:

The user expecting to load compressed thumbnail images(less than the original image file size) instead of downloading the full images to use as a thumbnail (Thumbnail image compression support) in FileManager to improve the performance of loading thumbnail images in File Manager.


So, need to provide thumbnail compression support for the File Manager component.
