Selected values get blinked while clearing the value using the clear icon in the MultiSelect component.

Issue Replication:

1. Open sample source and run it
2. There is a multiselect dropdown called Multiselect Dropdown With Checkbox
3. In which, clear all the value using close icon
4. Value will be blink before remove
