Script error occurs while using GUID and adding new record

Script error occurs when we add new record with GUID as one of the column


Replication Procedure:

Select 1st record and Add new record(new row position is below) by clicking "Add" option of toolbar, new row with GUID get added. But along with that, script error occurs(check attached screenshot). Also we could not update the added record after script error
