Remove or fix pageLimit on PDF Viewer

The PDF Viewer is limited to work with the first 100 pages. Thumbnails are generated and shown past 100 pages but cannot be selected/clicked to view. The navigation stops after page 100.

I see some references in the .js code setting a pageLimit during init. Did not look any further however.
