Syncfusion Blazor Template Studio epic fail

Hi guys

been at this issue all day and cant find the issue. I updated my version last night to 18.4.0.30 and this morning went to create a new Blazor server project. I go all the way through the installer process with no issues. VS says the project created successfully... but there is no project. There is nothing but an empty project folder. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Syncfusion again but it makes no difference. I have tried different locations to no avail. I can create other Syncfusion project types with no issue. With no error messages I don't even know where to begin so I'm looking for some guidance.
