Apparently WPF does not natively supply the values that may be required when a window is maximized on a secondary monitor. Therefore, if a chromeless window is displayed on a non-primary monitor, it assumes the maximum possible dimensions are those of the primary. Even resizing grips will not enlarge the window beyond those points. This can be frustrating (and seem inexplicable) to an app user. Please consider adding this ability: On maximize or on a resize attempt, the window should obtain the bounds of the screen on which it is currently displayed and set limits accordingly.
Thank you.
