Context menu bug when right-click on any row in the grid 

I found a bug when right-clicking on a row in my grid. 
Easily reproductible. I guess you are already aware of this.
Bug only reproductible with version 18.4.0.31. No problems with version 18.4.0.30 and previous.
Below is the exception occurred when right-clicking on a row in the grid.
