Index out of range exception thrown when converting PPT document with a chart to PDF

The input document contains the chart with a data label. When converting the chart to an image, some data points don't have the data label value which causes to threw an exception when getting data label value from data label cell value collection. This needs to be fixed both XlsIO and OfficeChart.
