cancel downloading

is it possible to add 'cancel' property to

https://ej2.syncfusion.com/javascript/documentation/api/pdfviewer/downloadStartEventArgs/

or prevent downloading in some other way?

the target is to make some validations in downloadStart, and if not passed then show message to user and cancel downloading
