Problem with refreshing data using Refresh() method when EnableVirtualization in Grid

Add a row to Grid's data

Now call Refresh method to reflect the newly added row in grid

But the change is not reflected in Grid with EnableVirtualization

Need to call Refresh() two times to reflect the change in Grid
