Grid with Virtualized and MaskRow shows mask rows and not actual data

Hi,


To reproduce use the sample project attached:
  1. Click "Gird Mask Row Issue"
  2. Click the scroll down button, or click the scroll page down area
  3. Observe that the mask rows are shown and never replaced with the actual data
  4. Click scroll page-down area 2 or 3 more times, observe that the actual data is now shown
