Data columns not aligned with header columns when using Virtualized scrolling and MaskRow with hidden columns

Hi,

When using Virtualized scrolling, with a hidden column, and the new EnabledMaskRow feature the width of the hidden column is not considered when sizing the data rows.  This means that the data rows do not align with the header columns.

To reproduce use the attached sample:
  1. Click "Grid Column Issue" in menu
  2. Observe that the the row data is not aligned with the column headers.
