Deaf individuals are frequently have very low comprehension of written English, instead depending on American Sign Language (ASL) for communications. ASL is a distinct language, and not simply a representation of English. An icon to indicate that Internet material is ASL accessible would be very useful, as a means to indicate to Deaf individuals the availability of material in their own language. Such a standard symbol already exists. It would be useful if it were available in Metro Studio. I discovered the need for this while working on a project for Georgia Tech Center for Inclusive Design and Innovation who is submitting a series of reports on accessibility to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) related to dissemination of Covid-19 information.
See the attached .png for a good example of the current symbol.
