Two-way binding support for In-place editor value property

Currently, the In-place editor value property doesn't have two-way binding support. If we tried to achieve the same from the application-end, it affects the component validation.

So, we need to consider this support in the in-place editor. The feature already included in the Blazor In-place editor component.
