Using an existing word document with rich text content fields (BlockContentControl) with editing restrictions set to No changes read only but with the individual content fields set as exceptions (Everyone).

Using DocIO to modify the word doc and save it the permissions are lost for the BlockContentControl.

Looking at the xml generated of the saved word document, DocIO looses the <w:permEnd /> tag for BlockContentControls.  It has the <w:permStart> tags though.  InlineContentControls do not seem to have this issue.

Reproduce, use attached "Title Block.docx" open with DocIO and save it to another file.
