Support for TextInputLayout control

Need to provide support for TextInputLayout control

Needs to create a textbox with the behavior of materialDesign .When it is empty, the placeholder text must shown inside it, but when the user click on it or get focus, the placeholder message must flow up like the pictures bellow :

Empty text must be like that :

But when user inputs or start write something or even simple get focus, must be like that :

Hint turn to colored (user selected), have smaller font and flows up smoothly (animated) like the above picture.
