Writing restricted documents in "tracking changes" mode is not possible because of user text color

With "track changes" enabled, if you write on a restricted area of the document the background color and the text color is the same by default, so it is impossibile to see what you're writing until you accept the revision. To the best of my knowledge there's no way to configure a different color for the background of the editable regions of the document and for the text color of the revisions
