Provide support to scroll by tab items

Currently we have the option to decide the scrolling to some specified pixels using ScrollStep property, along with that we need to provide the option to scroll based on the provided items by the user.

-possibility to scroll 

  • one-by-one item or 
  • by specific number of  tab items or 
  • to the next "page" of items in such a way that we see next several tabs without skipping any of them.
