Enable RTL for all components does not effect DropDownList

  1. Enable RTL on all components on a page using the instructions found here:

    https://blazor.syncfusion.com/documentation/common/right-to-left/#enable-rtl-for-all-components

  2. Observe no difference on DropDownList alignment.

  3. Enable RTL on control directly using EnableRtl="ViewModel.EnableRTL"

  4. Observe correct change in control alignment.
