Severe memory leak on "fit to project"

The often you click on "fit to project" on the gantt, the more unresponsive the gantt becomes.
Affects blazor webassembly and server-side.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create any gantt chart with x items
  2. Click on "Fit to project" multiple times
  3. Gantt chart is processing hundred and thousands of items, but displaying just x items.
