Bad quality TOGGLE SWITCH visual effect on hover (bootstrap4)

I don't know if this can be categorized as bug, but that line which appears on toggle switch on mouse hover, dont look nice, it can be improved in a better visual quality effect. Also, the toggle circle is not vertically centered.

I'm using bootstrap4

Syncfusion is great!
