Cell color is incorrect in Excel to HTML conversion

Microsoft Excel does not convert conditional format with databar while resaving the Excel document into HTML. But, XlsIO fills the cell background with data bar fill color in Excel to HTML conversion. This should be fixed in XlsIO.
