LinearGaugeAxisLabelStyle format property doesn't format the data

LinearGaugeAxisLabelStyle format property doesn't format the text.  When it is set to "n1" all the labels show n1 instead of the number formated to 1 decimal.  tried it with others and seems like it is doing the same thing for all.
