Read and write custom data while importing and exporting annotations in XFDF format

CustomData is not included when annotations are exported to XFDF format.

The CustomData property is exposed to store additional information along with annotations and annotation settings. This custom data has to be considered while importing annotations from XFDF files and exporting to XFDF files.
