Allow multiselect component in column filter with live search from server (Not preload)

I would like to have the option to implement a multiselect component to search and select several items in columns filters, getting values from the server while typing in the multiselect. This would be more optimal than the Excel filter which force you to preload all the data to search. This way we are getting the needed data to select the items based on a text typed and filter on selected items.
