Add support to customize user color for each user

Add support to define the separate user color for the authors in the document with track changes.

At present, random colors are applied to the changes based on its author.

Plan for this feature,

  1. Set custom color for each author.
  2. Set custom color for each revision type regardless of author.
  3. Set custom color for each revision type and author combination.
