Duration to support hours and weeks

There is no setting where one can define the duration and set it to hours or days. It is currently set to days. We would want an option menu for the user where they can define a working week is 5 days, 8 hours in a working day. The user should be able to set if they want to see the duration in days (current behavior), hours or weeks.
