Behavior of Enter

The behavior of the Enter key is different in the Gantt than what it is in the other controls. In the Gantt, Enter takes the focus to the next cell, in the same row. this does not seem to be the natural behavior for Enter, rather the expected result one would expect from hitting the tab key. 

Enter should take the focus to the next cell in the same column, in other words moving down in a column with Enter
