Provide Support for Opening the Popup in the Preferred Position in All Form Components

Need to support the opening of the popup at either the top or the bottom, with the option to position it on the right or left. This functionality should be available for all form components.


For example, if the user sets the position to "Top-Right" in the instances of the popup element within the open event arguments, the popup should open above the input field and be positioned at the end of the input.
