Success message shown as information window for ASP.NET Core EJ2 project conversion and migration extension

As of now we are showing the success message for the migration in the Visual Studio status bar. Sometimes this message replaced by other process. So, this make confusing whether the migration process is complete or not. So, we have to add the separate information dialog to handle this success message.
