Cannot Zoom and Select in SFChart

When adding selection with Zooming only the zooming is working.

I have set SelectionMode="DragX" and Zoomimg was enabled by adding ChartZoomSettings only the Zoom get applied,
        <ChartZoomSettings EnableSelectionZooming="@Zoom" EnableScrollbar="true" ></ChartZoomSettings>


also notice that on the load event, the args.Chart.ZoomSettings is null when registering to the load event.
I have tried to bind between the Selection mode and the zooming settings with no help ... Can you please assist?
I'm attaching my example code. the code was checked with Firefox 83 and Electron
