Override backspace key behavior instead of browser behavior in the Rich Text Editor

Currently, the Rich Text Editor doesn't override backspace key behavior. The backspace works based on browser and default content-editable <div> behavior.

Handle the behavior uniquely in all Browsers for all RTE elements.
