Provide support for notcontains, notstartswith, notendswith, null and not


Currently, the EJ2 grid has startswith, endswith, contains, equal, notequal, greaterthan, lessthan, greaterthanorequal and lessthanorequal operators to filter the records.


we also need to include notcontains, notstartswith, notendswith, null and notnull operators to filter the records
