Comments tab is not visible when clicking track changes pane

Comments tab is not visible when clicking track changes pane


Replication procedure:


When we click Comments on the toolbar, we can see panel on the right side and we have two tabs Comments and Changes.

Next to trigger TrackChanges, click TrackChanges on the toolbar as an outcome we can see only Changes Tab on the right side.


Next, click comments one more time but nothing is appearing in the panel on the right side but it seems that comment has been added because we have to close the panel and I see this message.

Empty
