PDF Viewer not working on Android

When you try to view a PDF file in the PDF Viewer (SfPdfViewerServer) it doesn't show the PDF file when trying to view on an Android device.  This can be reproduced using your Blazor demos at: 

https://blazor.syncfusion.com/demos/

Click on the "PDF Viewer" example and you will see that the PDF file is not displayed.

Oddly enough, if you press the back arrow to go back to the examples and press the "Word Processor" demo, then press the back arrow to go back to demos and press "PDF Viewer" it will now show the PDF file.  If you reload the page (swipe down on screen) you again won't be able to see the PDF unless you once again view the "Word Processor".

This worked fine on version 18.1.0.59
