When pasting content, track changes is not added for all content

When pasting content, track changes is not added for all content


Reproducing steps:

1. Enabled the track changes
1. Copied some paragraph text from .docx file.
2. paste it (Cntrl + v).

Error:  
Instead of adding all Pasted content to track changes panel only some random words only added in the track changes.
