Provide support to set different dayWorkingTime for each days

Provide support to set different working times for different days.

Example
Define the Monday to Sunday
Define Holiday
Define Exceptions that would override Holiday and Monday to Sunday schedule

Standard Day of Week Schedule
Monday - 8:00AM to 12:00PM & 1:00PM to 9:00PM 12 hours
Tuesday - Let default to 8 hours
Wednesday - Let default to 8 hours
Thursday - Non-Working Day 0 hours
Friday - 8:00AM to 12:00PM & 1:00PM to 6:00PM 9 hours
           Saturday - Non-Working Day 0 hours
Sunday- Non-Working Day 0 hours
Holidays
11/25/2020- HOLIDAY Non-Working Day 0 hours
11/26/2020- HOLIDAY Non-Working Day 0 hours
Exceptions would
11/5/2020 8:00AM to 1:00PM & 2:00PM to 10:00PM 13 hours
