DataPoint font size and value axis alignment is incorrect in chart to image conversion

Issue 1: While performing chart to image conversion, the datapoint's text size is not rendered as per input. This needs to be fixed.

Issue 2: Input document having the value axis at the top of the chart. But, In the chart to image conversion the value axis rendered on the left side. Barchart value axis is not handled properly. This needs to be fixed.
