Support to draw fixed straight lines horizontally and vertically

At present, we do support draw free line annotations to any angle, based on the mouse pointer moves. Need to provide option to restrict the line drawing to specific angle that allows to draw straight line (horizontally or vertically) in single attempt, without any further modifications.

In Adobe, the straight line drawing can be achieved by drawing line by pressing the SHIFT key. Similarly the option should be provided in PDF Viewer for the line annotation and also need to provide APIs to set this mode.

This can also be considered for the following line related annotations.

  1. Polygon.
  2. Polyline.
  3. Arrow.
