Removal of hyperlinks in shapes while resaving Excel document

When I re-save this excel sheet, the links on images are not being saved. This was working in the past using the 14.4.0.20 version of XLSIO but has not worked on the 17.4 or 18.2 releases.

In the attached example, tab '6 Addl Info' has links to locations in the sheet on the shape buttons but those links are not saved when re-saving the file. (Note that I changed the extension from ".xlsm" to ".zip") in order to attach it here.
