Legend order is incorrect for scatter chart in Word to PDF conversion

The input document contains a scatter chart with two series. One series contains a marker another series does not contain a marker. So, when accessing the chart type, it returns as the combination chart which causes legend to be rendered in improper order. This should be fixed in XlsIO.
