Support for percentage (%) and rem values in the dialog position property

Currently, the dialog support only the number and string values irrespective of its units. Need to consider this scenario for passing the number values in  % and rem. 

Support for the below values:

Position: { X: 'center', Y: 25% }


Position: { X: 'center', Y: 25rem }
