Time selection popup new layout

Hi,

the actual time selection popup has two limits:

1) it is limited to select time values only for half an hour slots 

(a
ny other value must be inserted by keyboard)

2) it has no support for seconds


I would therefore suggest implementing one of these alternatives layouts:

1) Use 3 NumericTextbox to select hour, minute and second within the range 0 and 59

2) Use 3 comboboxes to select hour, minute and second within the range 0 and 59
