error with Tabs and multiple Rich Text Editor

The sample code (very easy) in attachment generate console error in the browser and is not working at all.

Error is as follow:

Microsoft.AspNetCore.Components.WebAssembly.Rendering.WebAssemblyRenderer[100]

      Unhandled exception rendering component: Event 4 is already tracked

      Error: Event 4 is already tracked
