Provide an option to get the Kanban component card data based on the provided target

Provide an option to get the Kanban component card data based on the provided target. When user trying to open a context-menu on cards, there is no details about which card was clicked. 

So, provide a public method to all the card details such as position from the target (like args.Left and args.Top)
