On UWP, SfSegmentedControl jiggles left and right when cursor keys pressed

Just a minor, cosmetic issue.

On UWP, when the focus is on a SfSegmentedControl, pressing the left arrow or right arrow key results in the SfSegmentedControl moving left and right slightly. This is unexpected. I'm guessing that a selection rectangle is being drawn that results in the movement, but if that is the case, it shouldn't happen.
