Tooltip error when outside of chart boundaries

*This bug needs confirmation I am unable to test on a fresh example right now

Environment:
syncfusion_flutter_charts version 18.3.40

Flutter version 1.23.0-18.1.pre

Windows, Chrome / Android

If you hover over a bar that extends off the chart boundaries the custom tooltip errors out.

I wanted to test with Syncfusion's flutter examples but it appears to be broken on beta SDK (Flutter version 1.23.0-18.1.pre)
