Datasource is not properly loaded for cascading dropdown when AllowFiltering is true

Full datasource is loaded for cascading dropdown instead of dependent values when AllowFiltering is true

Replication Procedure:

1. Run the attached sample.

2. Open the first dropdown and choose any value.

3. Open the second dropdown . Now dependent datasource will be updated based on query.

4. Now close and again open the second dropdown. Full datasource is loaded


Expected            : Datasource should be loaded based on the modified query..

Outcomes          : Full datasource is loaded
